I wouldn’t tell a soul. I’d pay off all my student loans, invest a large sum so money keeps coming in, and then travel for a bit. I’d never tell anyone about my finances though.

I have to say not paying all your debt off especially when you have come into this kind of money is one of the craziest things I ever heard.

What you should do.

-Dont go public
-Give family a small amount but a generous one.
-Write down what you want and its price etc.
-Sort any things that NEED to be paid.
-Get advisers.
-Have a relaxing holiday to clear head and think.

4. Write a Testament (last will)
5. Take a 2 day solo trip to a nice hotel for fun
6. Get a driver liceense, car, pay debts, but nothing too special.
7. Start a little business in what makes you happy, photography, trading, moving/garden company, art. Doesn't matter.
8. Pretend your little business is sucessfull for 3-12 months then start to support you family/friends in money issues.
9. Tell no one.
10. Treat yourself with little vacantions, TVs, Computers, Smarthphone or whatever it is you always wanted and blame it on the success of your stocks/business.
11. Start a wealthy lifestyle, but have most of your money invested in all kind of different things.
I'd personally start with a car and a very little house with garden for myself so I can have a shitton of plants.
From there, I'd organise everything.

Time and patient is important. Organisation is a plus.

Bonus step: Tell your closest friends and family: you won 10-20k instead of millions.

Something I notice these videos leave out is having multiple bank accounts with banks with high interest savings accounts and you can even use the interest as annual payments to relatives so that your money isn't touched and you're taking care of family members. It's a win win for everybody.
