It used to scare me too, like when Angelica was telling them the story of that other boy that had a monster under his bed too, and that the monster tricked him with saying he had cake and ice cream down there, and he fell for it, and the monster pulled him under the bed And ate him after I saw that for a whole year Every time I got into my bed I had to jump on and when I had to get out of bed in the middle of the night, I had to jump off the bed so I would make it far enough, so the monster couldn’t get me, I even had to sleep with my baseball bat all the way until I just blocked all the openings to under my bed so yeah
