Doing agility ladder drills consistently will make you faster, sharper, and more explosive. But where do you start? There are so many agility ladder drills & exercises for soccer that it can be confusing?
Personally, I use this simple agility ladder workout everyday (multiple times) to increase my foot speed and quality of movement. This 2 minute agility ladder drills routine has worked for me and I will confident it will work for you if you do it consistently.
