I'll try anything once! In the case of Tahdig, I will go anywhere and everywhere to get another taste - it's that good. I really loved the contrast of flavors and consistency. It's also a very simple dish and you can be as creative with it as you want by using any myriad of combinations for the filling. If you haven't tried Tahdig, you MUST!
