9:54 you jumped a bit in the logical flow. Here is the complete flow:
LHS is the *modulus* of the Laplace Transform and it converges as per Cauchy Criterion. Since the convergence of the modulus of an integral implies the convergence of the integral itself, the above statement implies the convergence of the Laplace Transform.

12:37 Sir, if there is a singularity in the domain of g(t), integral of |g(t)| may not converge even if g(t) goes to zero as t goes to infinity. Right?
