Hello Mam, Nice to see your lot of informative videos. I have one query. Like as there is no condition on 491 VISA for staying in the state who nominated you. So a person can move from one state to another state easily in regional area only, coz dept of Home Affairs has not put any such condition on 491 VISA. and even state has no rights to put any obligation on that. This i have heard from my many people who has moved inter state and has got 191 VISA thereafter easily without any hesitation.
What are your thoughts on this ?
