What we really need is a plan, it's so easy to make resolutions. To decide it's time for that change, but when it boils down to it, we need to lay out the "how" it will be accomplished. Be intentional, I love this video, you are so on point.

LOL, that's so true. You know, I personally DO NOT make resolutions. As I go along in this life when I feel in my heart that I need to change something, like you said, I put some kinda plan in place to work on that change. I don't wait to New Year to make a resolution. By plan I don't necessarily mean I put pen and paper to that plan. Sometimes it's simply mental not and resolve to be disciplined in that regard. Resolutions do not work for anyone. I have to create action steps for anything I want to accomplish. I want to do all the things. Sorry to say nobody can do all of the things.
