I have been doing a cash flow budget for 10 years now. I now own a home outright and have zero debt. I’m not rich by any means but not having to be a slave to a 9 to 5 is priceless. Debt and surplus deficits hold so many people back.

Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.

i'm experiencing unstable financial situations right now, but this video helped me alot in terms of financial planning, not only focus on short term, but long term. Good habits take discipline and knowledge.

The way you encourage people to view personal finance like a business really resonated with me. It made me think about the planning fallacy, where we underestimate the time and effort it takes to achieve our goals. A family member of mine always thought they could save ‘later, ’ but once they started treating their finances like a business, with clear goals and monthly tracking, their perspective completely shifted. Your advice to use tools like the balance sheet is a game-changer for those who struggle with planning

The avg. American is having a tough time doing so, I know I am not alone. There are others in same position as me. By certain statistics: 22% of americans have no retirement savings. 64% are worried that they will not have money in latter years while 47% of adults who are not yet retired think they have to work part-time in retirement. How can I best grow the 100k I have saved seperately outside retirement access which of course had depleted over the years?

I Hit $210k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject

I've been trying to get my finances back together aince I got into a relationship. I knew you would have to deal with burdens when with a partner but I didnt know everything will change, including finances. I finally got my side back to how it was when I was single with no kids but I've been working with his finances for years, he was never financially literate but his working on it lol

The why is so crucial 😊

It really does motivate and reward you when you reach there, also allows you to make multiple spendings which you probably may have not assuming you didn't save or manage your money.

Hey Vincent. Thanks for these amazing videos. I've discovered your page only 2 3 months ago. On a good note, these videos are educational and help a lot even though I'm just 18 and a high-schooler.

You never bought a fancy car or a fancy watch, but you DO have a fancy chair (the HM Aeron in the background). I’ve got the same chair, and it’s really helpful if one is sitting down most of the time for work!

Cool! At 1:47, my goal is to save enough where I can travel with little to no loan after I get a job or part-time job.

Edit: Already open a second banking account as an emergency fund.

3:02 I clicked on the link to download the google spreadsheet, but it just takes me to a page, with some text and a picture of the spreadsheet. I tried clicking around, and nothing popped up. Is there some where else I’m supposed to go, to download the spreadsheet?
