X: HQ, I've stumbled into what looks like a town.

Alia: Understood, X. Keep a lookout for stranded survivors, and mavericks that are waiting for an ambush.

Alia: This tower should give us the advantage of locating the source of the phenomenon.

(Nightmare Frost located)
Alia: I have confirmed the location of the Nightmare Phenomenon. It is located in the mountain region far from the town. The only way to get there is to ski across the ledges.

(Ski)
Alia: This obstacle requires jumping and sliding. Just be careful not to fall.

X: Jumping and sliding. This is going to be an intense one.

(Near boss entrance)
Alia: A Nightmare Investigator is within this vicinity, X. Pendra Rockhopper. His ice attacks are powerful enough to turn you ice solid. Proceed with caution while facing him.

Pendra Rockhopper: So, you must be the maverick hunter sent here to investigate this Nightmare Phenomenon. This place is much colder than we thought. Cold enough to turn us into popsicles!

X: You're…Pendra Rockhopper? You looked like someone that I used to know before he went maverick a long time ago.

Pendra Rockhopper: Bah! How droll you are…to mistake me for someone else. But I will put you in the deep cold!

Zero: This…blizzard. It keeps pushing me away!

Alia: Use dash to push forward!

Zero: Huh? What happened here?

Alia: The Nightmare Frost must have froze the entire town!

Zero: I'd just hoped that those civilians made it through.

Alia: Zero, that tower could be an advantage to locating the phenomenon.
