Love it when I was a teenager we used to go camping in the high country (Australia) and used a roof top tent. Being off the ground limits the wildlife that would want to share our bed😊

I think this was a great idea. I know Sherpa or any dog could not have gotten up there. I think he could have stayed inside the Jeep while you were above him 😁!
You can use this many times and if you ever get another companion they can still go on adventures with you. 😊❤

That looks AMAZING! One tip: make sure it dries out 100% between uses. Mold and mildew ruined our tent because of a hasty departure after a rain and my own procrastination.
