Not all languages have the same sounds. Part of my goal as a Voice & Speech Coach is to help people understand these differences. Why do British speakers and native-Spanish speakers tend to say “clāss” and people in Chicago say “clæs” with an extremely pinched sound? In this video, we break down these two sounds (with that extra nasality taken out) so you have a wider understanding of not only the Spanish accent, but of your own!
