The word to describe the reflected light in the wood grain is chatoyance. My favorite is tiger stripe maple. Another beautiful submission here! 👍 😃

Another great instructional video. It is amazing to see how you do all the moves and describe what you are doing so well. This is a great way to enjoy my coffee for sure. I love the handle material you pick out and it turned out fantastic. You seem to get better with every hammer stroke. Keep these great videos coming and great luck with the final tests on these great knives.

the perfectly plain "wood & steel" aesthetic is heartwarming =) just a personal preference. if i had to make a change, i would have fitted a big, shiny brass hand guard, with more curl around the finger; just for maximum tackiness!
