The second night of the 2024 Republican National Convention kicks off at 6 p.m. EDT July 16 in Milwaukee, with former President Donald Trump and Sen. JD Vance as the party's official nominees for the presidential ticket. The RNC's theme for the day is "Make America Safe Once Again.” Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis are among the night's expected speakers.
