Me and my buddy Texas Bigfoot are using a Mazak Nexus controller to show how you would write a basic face and OD turned part. I am trying to hold camera somewhat steady for ya while trying to keep up with him. Bigfoot is teaching the class today.

what is the mix and max rmp and the min and max csp and the min and max fe rates. I am new to mazak i have always done g codes and canned cycles on doosan.

Thanks. Just started running a Mazak lathe for the first time. I hated Mazatrol Almost everything I've run has had a Fanuc control. Keep up the good work

question if you squared your part but then you had to bore ... I D turning
and you stopped the program in medias res and wanted to bore now (restart, down to bore).
do you go back to mazatrol and make WORK FACE "0" value for the boring operation or anything else that comes after?

I need this video but without the terrible camera shot and the obnoxious noises. I'd pay you. I'm fed up doing offshore construction and am now learning machining as I've always wanted to. I need more help with understanding the programming part but that noise is extremely distracting :/
