In this quick videos I show how to remove halos from a photo that is typically caused by too much claret slider in the high contrast borders. This is an awesome fix that only takes a minute to do. I use photoshop CS6 but this method will work in all versions to Photoshop with Clone Stamp and blending layers. Make your photography a little easier with the simple tutorial.

I have every setting exactly as you do, but when I try to do what you do at about 1:25, I get no action at all. No color changes. NOTHING. I have tried everything. WTH??

Very useful... although it took me a while to realize I needed Sample: All Layers on the Clone Stamp Tool.

Thank you, would have been great to see both methods... but still never thought of using erase.

Woah! I really needed this. I have an image that is so perfect except I accidentally caused a weird white line around my church. It could have been many things from the clarity or sharpening I did. I've done way too many steps between programs and third party filters to go back and change whatever I did. Now I can make my photo look like I didn't paste it together. <3 I have a lot of Topaz and Nik stuff and can't seem to find the zoom in those filters. Not sure if it exists. I learned my lesson to zoom in before each filter in photoshop to make sure.
