Angola is very strategic with their money. They basically own Portugal. The elite definitely own Lisbon. The next step is taking the money from Europe back to Angola to benefit the people of Angola.

No way. The money first goes to the investors to recoup their investment for the next 5 yrs when the pipeline is built more oil will be transported in bulk thats when kenya starts seeing benefits. The only benefits now kenyans will see is the contruction of oil infrastuctur like pipelines and semi refineries to prepare the oil to be piped since the oil is solid state and needs to be liquified to pass through the pipelines. Mainly some jobs will be created. But direct cash will only be seen when the pipeline is complete in 2022.

exporting crude oil is the same as exporting employement, kenya needs to refine her oil. look at dubai with only just oil look what they have achieved. im pleading with the kenyan government refine your resources and take control of your mining and agricultural sector only then can our people start to benifit. the private sector is driven by maximising profits not uplifting our people from poverty they will never be the solution especially foreign companies.
