here's the greatest tip on what i do: get into your night clothes/pyjamas, grab a glass of water and slowly walk downstairs to wherever (that way if you get caught it will look like you have been asleep. Ahead of time and put the clothes you are going to wear out in a hidden spot. Then make sure the case is clear, get changed and sneak out.
