- What would you want from your friendships?

b. Micro-habits (Schedule) - that make every day worth living and stick to it

I noticed myself getting dumber and less focused in the last few months. Working a terrible job that gave me so much anxiety/stress I started smoking.. but this man's words... this man's words is what I needed to try and stand straight. Look at myself and at life more critically and start working on things now not to be sorry tomorrow. Thanks for posting this video. I'll try to come back here to post my progress.
