Chalene, you are BOSSY! I literally have watched you since you started your career. I can’t begin to tell you what a true lifesaver you are! I have been searching since Covid for someone like me who I can truly relate! When I came across your podcast I realized my prayers were answered. I have a story but I won’t bore you with it. OMG! Hello! I have done your workouts for YEARS!!! I had no idea that you had a show. I am so pleased! I truly don't know what I would have done without all of your amazing workouts and positive dialogue in these videos. At the end of each workout I would literally look at you on the screen and say "God Bless You Chalene".You were always a true inspiration for me and continue to be. So excited! Thank you for your knowledge . i am 63.. will be 64 in May.. and upping my workout routine! to push harder.. I also do straight powder for supplements and add to my all natural wellness juice i make also. I will add between 6 and 8 different herbal powders. and collagen. I have about 75 in my pantry and I change it up every day. I make my wellness juice daily and drink 64 ounces a day.. I also do a different wellness Juice everyday. these are from Fresh Vegetables and sometimes a fruit. I have been doing this for 25 years. I can tell you I have not been sick in 25 years at all.. no colds no flu no high temps, nothing. Keep up the great videos!! I appreciate you! because i have so many i can tell you some that i love are... Bromelain, Cordyceps Mushroom Turkey Tail, Reishi, Lions Mane Mushroom, Don Quai, Black Cohosh, Ashwaganda, Macca, Pomegrante, Matcha, Wheatgrass, Spirulina... to name a No not already as a Mix.. I buy all separately in 8 0z quantities...

I am here because I trust you. I fell in love with TurboJam and when I was 39, I used TurboFire to help me lose weight so that I wouldn’t go into my forties overweight. Fast forward to now at 53, I look in the mirror and I don’t recognize my body. Even worse, I never feel great anymore. I am always tired. We are blessed to have a home gym and I do work out 4-5x per week including strength training, but not heavy as you are describing. I’ve gone from a size 2 back in 2010 to a size 12 now. I, like you, am not so worried about the number on the scale, but I do want to feel good and look good. I’ve got some work to do. Thank you for showing me the way once again. Although we have never met, and do not look anything alike (other than our height), you are my sister.

As your friendly dental hygienist 😉, I simply can’t help myself when I hear “flavoring your water”.

When adding flavorings that are fruit flavored or even actual fruit, the water is now acidic. This increases the risk of tooth decay 😞 So when doing so, don’t sip on it. Drink it and be done. With a meal is best. Between meals, you should drink plain water. It’s not the quantity of flavored water consumed but the frequency and duration of the teeth exposed to the acid. Hope that makes sense.
