Weaning The Puppies

There are a dozen ways to do everything. This is our way. We gradually introduce food and slowly wean them from the mothers. This allows for an easy transition on both moms and babies.
We enjoy the Royal Canin food line starting with their Starter Mousse for moms and babies. The moms eat the starter kibble during their pregnancy and nursing. When we add in kibble this is the kibble we use.
Then we move to their large breed puppt formula or their Golden retriever formula.
