What’s Most Attractive in a Male Nose.
A male nose should look more straighter than a female nose. And much depends on the other facial features. When I look at a patient on a male he just wishes to just remove the hump. At times in removing the hump we also have to modify portions of the tip but at the same time we don't want to make him more effeminate by reducing the hump to a curvilinear ski slope type of look. So for men we usually will keep the nose rather straight but we can make it look less wide and also defined the tip if there is a bulky area to the tip.
