Hip CARS (Controlled Articular Rotations)
Set up with hands beneath your shoulders and knees below your hips in a tabletop position. Bring the knee up towards the chest, out to the side, and back in a circular motion. Picture drawing a circle with your knee while maintaining core stability.
You can also reverse this motion. This exercise helps loosen up the hips and is a great warm-up.
Focus: hip mobility, spine stabilization
