I also ordered oneplus 55inch tv U1S series from 1+ store app and received on 18.10.22. 19.10.22 1+ technician visited for installation he himself unboxes the box.But the product is Defected verified by 1+ technician and after Oneplus technician Raises the DOA ( Dead on arrival ) but now its 10th day there is no update from anywhere or anyone! I lodge complains in all departments such as Mail, twitter and oneplus call support and what'sapp support with proofs of photos and videos but there is no update yet ! I am feeling like my Hard earned 40 k is wasted .. pathetic service and horrible experience..i am facing mental harassment from past 10 days ! My diwali is also spoiled because of all this ..this was the biggest mistake of my life to order oneplus chinese 3rd quality product !

I should go in the Consumer court because there is no option left for me now !

Abhi recently oneplus customer care m hmari baat hui h to wo kh rhe the ki approx 5-7 days m hmara ye tv panel part replace ho jaega.
Delay isiliye ho rha h bcz wo part import ho rha h to isisliye time lg rha h .

Same issue faced with my OnePlus Smart TV.
Panel changed under extended warranty, but same issue faced after 2 and half months. I asked for the warranty bill after replacing which i was denied, Now OnePlus is running away from the responsibility. inshort they have searched for the panel which will surely blow off after the warranty expires

Same model ke saath mere TV par bhi ye problem aayi hai. 4 mahine ke bad. Oneplus customer care ko lagatar phone lagane par bi contact nahi hua...hamesha busy.
Abhi tak problem solve nahi hua.
Very bad service from OnePlus.

Same problem mere bhi yahi hua tha 9 se 10 month me yahi problem hua tha but problem solved ho gai thi exchange krke new mil gai thi

Sie mera tv bhi aisa hi ho gaya hai mai sirf 1 month use Kiya tha. Aur maine uspe complaint bhi kiya hai approx 3 month ho chuka hai avi to mujhe service nhi mila. Customer service Wale bol rahe hai ki thoda wait kro thik ho Jayega. Avi tak service nhi mila. One plus ka service ekdam ghatiya hai. Agar koi tv lena chahate hai to One plus brand kabhi mat lena

Please do not buy any oneplus led tv, because i purchased 43inch tv on 9.4.23 but within 10 days its display is not working i compalint on 19.4.23 and till 30.4.23 no new tv found after calling so much time also. Its means it product and service both are bad. So please moved to old branded tv like LG, SONY, BPL, VIDEOCON etc

Bhai Mera tv 13 August kharab hoga tha 50u1s mere bhi new tv aaya h 30 ko voucher mila tha aur 1 tv ghar pr aagaya

Mera bhi same problem hua same model ka baad main 1 month ke andar change kr ke mila display mere ko aur mera ek side ka speaker kharab ho gaya to firse complaint ki unke technician ne aane ke liye 1 hafta lagaya uske bad usne firse call punch kiya care ko aur complaint registered ki.. 1 week badd main call kiya care ko tab woh bole ki aapka tv replace hone wala hain 7 se 10 din ki andar lekin unone replacement main 40 days laga diye... oneplus ki service or quality dono bohot kharab hain... don't buy oneplus TV #oneplus #u1s

I too facing it since from 5 days, same model, while on start up on OnePlus boot logo, this lines are visible, thereafter on home screen everything is fine, when turned off (after sleep mode ), when press power button, full screen as horizontal and vertical lines, after some 20 seconds, everything becomes fine

Bought this OnePlus TV on March 2022, on before purchasing i saw Amazon reviews people showing same issues

I too had kept some other alternatives, such as samsung crystal, lg up series, mi 5x
I love OnePlus phones, so i bought OnePlus TV

Disappointed now

We are facing the same issue because in my tv there are showing some lining and I returned my Tv on December because One pluse committed me to provide a voucher with in 72 hours so that I can buy a new TV but still I neither receive any voucher nor any mail and customer support use to say the same scripts line we will resolve ur issue with in 2-3days
