Nusretiye Mosque
An ornate mosque located in the Tophane district of Beyoğlu, Istanbul. While its architecture is influenced by Islamic elements, it retains a Baroque style, making it unique to the city. It was built in 1823-1826 by Sultan Mahmut II.

Galataport
Cruise ship port and mixed-use property currently (as of early 2021) under development in the Galata neighbourhood. It is located on the European shore of the Bosporus strait, by its confluence with the Golden Horn.

The Molla Çelebi Mosque
Sometimes known as the Fındıklı Mosque is a 16th-century Ottoman mosque located in the Fındıklı neighbourhood. It was commissioned by Kazasker Mehmet Vusuli
Efendi, chief judge of Istanbul and designed by the imperial architect Mimar Sinan.

Dolmabahce Mosque
The mosque's construction was originally backed by Bezm-i Alem Valide Sultan. After she died, Sultan Abdülmecid, her son, continued to support the construction of the mosque. Upon completion in 1855, it was opened for prayer services.

Dolmabahçe Palace
It is located in the Beşiktaş on the European coast of the Bosporus strait served as the main administrative centre of the Ottoman Empire from 1856 to 1887 and from 1909 to 1922.

Dolmabahçe Palace was ordered by the Empire's 31st Sultan, Abdülmecid I, and built between the years 1843 and 1856. The project was realized by architects Garabet Balyan, his son Nigoğayos Balyan and Evanis Kalfa.

The construction cost five million Ottoman gold lira, or 35 tonnes of gold, the equivalent of ca. $1.62 billion in today's (2021) values.

The Istanbul Naval Museum
A national naval museum, located at Beşiktaş. It was established in 1897 by the Ottoman Minister of Navy Bozcaadalı Hasan Hüsnü Pasha.

Çırağan Palace
The palace, built by Sultan Abdulaziz, was designed by the Armenian palace architect Nigoğayos Balyan and constructed by his sons Sarkis and Hagop Balyan between 1863 and 1867.
