I told telus i wanted the chime in my house to go off too. When my doorbell is rung I don't even know. Popped open my chime box and nothing is in there

Worst doorbell ever. It barely ever works and won't connect to the wifi

Just had mine installed 2 weeks ago. Absolute garbage from the beginning. All you hear is static. Telus has been absolutely no help. Have had 2 technicians out. Still not fixed and now they’re telling me I need to hire a 3rd party electrician at my cost. Had zero issues with my old doorbell camera. Would install it back but 1st Telus tech took it with him which I was told by customer service that he shouldn’t have.
