In the lore Kindred is the one people see before dying; so it just makes sense that Ashe wouldn't shoot at either the wolf or kindred herself; as he wasn't fighting the wolf or kindred, in reality he was fighting against the people that ashe shot. Trynda was supposed to die there, but Ashe saved him.

Seeing Kindred in an actual cinematic makes me so damn happy!

Tryndamere wasn't fighting Kindred. He was fighting like 20 other guys (you can see them in the end when Ashe uses her E, and several of their dead bodies all over the place). He was near death and that's why Kindred "appeared". But he uses his R to delay death for a while (that's why Kindred tilts its head... it doesn't comprehend why this human hasn't died yet) and then when Ashe arrives and saves him from those 2 guys with her arrows, Kindred is like "ok this guy ain't dying today, i have nothing to do here" and simply bails.

i love how the cinematric shows us Tryndamere in the brink of death since he's fighting "Lamb and Wolf" and getting consume by rage but Lamb and Wolf disappeared when he wasnt getting attacked by his enemies and his rage subside, Ashe saved Tryndamere

also unpopular maybe, but I loved this much better than any other, even The Call, what did it for me was them bringing to life so many fan favs for the first time ever.... Kindred, Aatrox, Kayle/Morgana

also the fact that Trynd fighting Kindred in ult, the literal death makes so much sense as he's evading death, and when he's done evading it, Kindred realizes it's not his time yet and let him go.. everything about it man, just awesome!

I just love how The Kindred are never malicious simply doing their role. At the beginning their was a bunch of soldiers around trynd then at the end we see him fight kindred AND THEN realize that in reality he was still fighting the mass of soldiers that are all dead but in the spirit realm or in the realm were his consciousness exists during his ult defying death he fights the kindred. Then when ashe comes to save him the kindred lower their bow knowing its not his time yet.

Kayle's wings allows for vertical takeoff because it is at the shoulders while Morgana has to takeoff like a plane because her wings is at her hips.
It was a nice physics detail by Riot 👌

In each scene there is a kindred, in kayle's fire u can see lamb, when yasuo is under that rain of arrow u can see wolf siluette in the background and also it is kindred's arrow.

I think this is a representation of the moment when our champs are supposed to die and somehow overcome it (yk cause are the Kindred talking at the begining and the epic fight in Trynda's R) Like Morg and Kayle were abt to die against Aatrox but Morg stopped trolling drop the sword and use her magic and Kayle lvl up and activated autoattack and R or something. Then Yas our wind boy must meet the end of his road when is an old man with the same hairstyle while protecting this random person but found a sword and remembered how to use it to fight his enemies and the arthritis... And well then is our frozen king presing R when fighting this 2 poor sacrificable souls and that gives him enought time to see the Kindred comming for him but best wafle alive made it in time to save him so the Kindred must go and leave hubby alone and alive...

Really insanely good cinematic, it was super fun seeing u go through the same 'hol up' and hype moments too

Tryndamere, Ashe and Kindred scene, obviously, was a highlight of the cinematic, but I can't stop thinking of that Yasuo scene. It opened so much theories and possibilities for what Riot might be doing with lore for future MMO, it's actually crazy.

the thought of Tryndamere fighting Kindred EVERY time he ults is crazy.

After watching a few reaction videos, I pretty much pieced up the part with Tryn. He's dying, sees Kindred looking to collect his soul. Ashe pops up in his mind and he refuses to die, fighting the Grimm reaper itself. Kindred then felt a change, this man was no longer about to die and she lowered her weapon. Ashe's arrows saves her husband from the killing blow, Kindred vanished.

Tryndamere fighting the kindreds instead of his real enemies while ulted is one of the best ideas riot ever had

the amount of lore they managed to pack in is astounding. that alone might make it actually my favorite cinematic. can't wait for necrit to unpack it all.
