Thanks for the info ! ❤
I have high blood pressure and my A1C is in diabetic stage and I am obese. My creatinine level is hi 0.6. My Doctor told me to continue to eat health to lose weigh to reduce the risk of kidney disease.
5 weeks ago I stopped eating meat. I might eat fish here and there but not so much. I’ve just stopped eating salty foods and sweets. I hope this helps my creatinine lower and traumatically reduce the risk of kidney disease in the name of Jesus. I have to do better with my health. I want to live a long time to enjoy life with my children ❤.

This is my second video in a row I am watching of you both, and it is so reassuring! I was diagnosed with CKD5 and have changed over to a Plant Based Diet, dropped coffee, alcohol, etc. I am steadily losing weight; almost 25Lbs. The way you talk about creatinine, and magnesium. Your whole whole manner of discussing these things just makes so much sense to me. Truly thank you for what you are doing and the knowledge that you are sharing. there is a whole lot of misinformation out there. When I listen to you I feel safe and I feel that I am truly learning something without all the fluff.

So coffee is good for lowering creatinine, but caffeine can raise blood pressure and higher blood pressure can raise creatinine? I don't know why some people think this stuff can be confusing.

Boil barley with water, leave it overnight and drink the water in the morning. Do it for a month and you'll have good results

If the person is not overweight, in fact underweight (104 lbs, 5 feet 3 inches), and already plant-based (low fat, low salt, no added sugar, does not eat vegan cheese or vegan processed foods), eat a high-fiber diet, and the creatine is high, what can the person do? What's causing the creatinine to be high. Does walking 1.2 miles under hot morning sun (about 75 degrees F) before the blood test, cause the test results to show high creatinine.

I am taking KETOANALOGUE, and is effective for me. My creatinine lowered. And I only eat green leafy veggies and fish. No meat at all.

I cut back on salt for 3 months, and my blood pressure was still sky high. Still have high creatinine. I'm scared because I saw what my grandmother went through health-wise on dialysis.

Dr Hashmi your videos have been super helpful to me. Recent diagnosis..stage 2 CKD creatinine was JUST slightly elevated.GFR 61. One thing that was new in my life, on my last blood test I was, /am walking about 2 miles every day about 40 minutes, ..but at least a mile or so, are up some VERY very steep hills takes a bit of effort like climbing.. Could that sort of exercise esp a day before a blood test raise creatinine a bit?, as to muscle breakdown in the blood from semi strenuous exercise?

Have you done any videos on Astragalus and it’s effects on preserving/improving kidney function?

Thank you for the video. I would be very interested in two important questions.

1. high cholesterol is not uncommon with kidney disease. What are the options (besides statins) to lower cholesterol?

2. sports with kidney disease: to what extent can/should one do sports and is strength training allowed? Or better no strength training?
Greetings from Germany!

Thank you for this video ❤I was in denial of having diabetes but associated with more of a PCOS diagnosis but once I started my lifestyle change and healthier eating choices lots of water instead of sweet drinks I converted to no sugar products and started forcing water 😊now it’s just a normal part of the day 😂 I was going through weird changes and had to pin point and start taking control of my body weight also and I’m starting to feel better HgbA1c was lower ❤ but my creatinine was 0.84 I was tolled chronic kidney disease as soon as I was diagnosed with diabetes or high bp so iam stage 1 cKD I need to fu check my microalbumin to creatinine ratio still
