I use 4-1-2-1-2. Used to play 3-5-2 but because th RM and LM cant go back, i dont use it anymore which is annoying. LM and RM inside forward, what I do is tuck the RB in and Falseback defend so you have 2 "dms" and then attack with the rest like you said in the vid. Its been pretty good

Ive been using this formation on and off all game cycle. You just need to be good at attacking with it. Expect lots of goals for and against .

This was my favorite formation couple of years ago.
I have 2 questions:
1. Why defensive line so low? Theoretically you are right, don't wanna get caught on counters but with this defensive line how the game play has been and people playing at 90 defensive line i won't even get out of my half. I religiously follow your tactics from past few years but this year, I am struggling with this. You always suggest low defensive line but opponents are playing way too high.
2. Please suggest something about how to press with team. I get attacked by not only the opponents selected player but the whole team. Where as I struggle with defending with my 1 player. I tried jockey, right player switch but everything fails. They do something in game

Should I switch to this from 4-3-3(4). Wanting to switch to this because i want to fit my strikers and wingers in one formation

My fear with this formation is that you are open from counters.... As someone who loves using CDMs ... I dunno about this one.

Even when you have CDMs, your ops CMs can pass straight to their striker. With this formation it would even be susceptible .
