Feeling pain in lower back down my bottocks and to the back of my leg down yo the knee feels this most when standing for long period or sitting fo long periods. Feels better with movements but sometimes too much pains to even start walking.

My hamstrings have been hurting and causing me to limp a little for the last week or so. I have no idea what would have caused it. I stand all day for my job, but I’ve been doing that for more than ten months and not had any issues. I’m also young, and relatively in shape. I have no idea why I’m having this pain with no triggers.

This is amazing. I got in a serious car accident and had severe fractures in my pelvis, R hip, and R femur that required over 150 pieces of hardware in order to piece me back together. I’ve had serious leg pain that starts near my SI joint and goes all the way down to my foot and my orthopedic doctors have been scratching their heads about it for months and suggesting an SI joint fusion or a total hip replacement. After watching this I think the THR is the way to go and maybe I can avoid another surgery for now. Thank you guys for posting this!
