NASCAR's Joey Logano with the SURPRISE OF A LIFETIME

In the season premiere of George to the Rescue heads to Manchester, Massachusetts where the Stratton Family receives the surprise of a lifetime from NASCAR driver, Joey Logano. The Stratton family home is in dire need of help to accommodate for their son, Nicholas, who has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. With this diagnosis and the families everyday struggles, an open living space is at the forefront of this rescue to keep Nicholas safe. With the help of George Oliphant and Nicholas’ favorite NASCAR driver Joey Logano, the Stratton family is surprised with the ultimate renovation that is fun and functional for their unique family.

Watching this episode, I couln't help to keep my eyes on the oldest son. What an incredibly great young man he is. At times it seemed like he fealt lost between all the laughter, yelling and the talk about brother. I just wanted to hug him every time I saw him in a scene. That boy really is one great kid!

Joey is definitely a man of heart! He could have just sent his team and that really would have been awesome! But he came himself. The look on Nicholas face made me cry. He did not have to say thank you it was written all over his face.

Absolutely love this episode. The renovation is beautiful. The best part is Joey being there at the end with his race car and taking Nicholas for a drive, then the whole day at the races with Nicholas in his racing suit is just so wonderful. Truly heartwarming.

what a spectacular episode...The little fella didnt have to say anything. Looking at that big smile on his face when Joey Logano lifted him into the racecar..and hearing him say "GO..GO"" well, I lost it ...You just gave this kid, and his family a gift far greater than gold, even greater than that stunning new home.
