First, it was all about the cloud.
Now it's all about AI.

I can't escape this...

Use the die space for something we care about... not AI.

So it looks like the HX 9 370 won't be offered in any gaming laptops as a standalone processor but always with an entry level Nvidia GPU. What a missed opportunity! It's perfectly capable of 1080p medium and could massively out compete everything in price.

This processor was made to be paired with a 16" Lenovo LOQ laptop. Such a shame OEMs are blind to this segment.
We can't vote with our wallets if the option isn't there, and with the economy as bad as it is we need this option.

Dear AMD, good job with last presentations. The world needs cheap integrated 8CU GPU. Please, make it possible to run in 50W docked mode. I am interested in shameless performance per USD. If 349 for handheld with 8CU gpu is possible I'd ask politely for it. PCs became too expensive - it's time for some company to take the money on the table, change the paradigm and take this market to themselves. I'm ok with handhelds becoming new PCs. Maybe a 299usd handheld without the screen, controllers, hdd and battery - interfaces to connect everything else - that would be 10x faster than nintendo or playstation.

Please let it optimize and monitor cpu + gpu temps while maintaining optimal, peak performance. As well as utilizing FSR and every other bonus improvements so we don't need to download and monitor a bunch of programs.

Seems I might be the only one that thinks this is a good move. I'm spread super thin at work I've been incorporating AI to take on a lot of the mundane workload for me. Having a laptop that can properly handle local AI tasks is going to be an awesome tool in the belt. I can't wait to start seeing good AI integration in games as well- I was just watching some GTA5 LSPDFR with AI integration and it makes the NPCs truly come alive.

Besides investors who unwisely invested in the current dead-end AI research path, is this something anyone else actually wants? And just how much plagiarism is going on here? Is piracy officially legal now? Has anyone yet made the impossible breakthrough of getting a generative AI to cite its sources?

The best way to get me to avoid purchasing something is to tell me there's AI in it.
