Wooden Desktop PC Drawer - Version 1.0

This was my exam project for basic carpentry.
I'm working on making this idea into a business, therefore i can't share the drawings.

Probably the most perfect video I've seen in a while. The sheer ingenuity that has gone in to the construction of the desk drawer, where everything aligns perfectly amazed me. The editing is top notch too. Haven't been PC envious in a while.

This is so close to what I'd like to build in the future! The only concern I have is sagging of the wood under that is holding the cables 8:22. If you add other peripheral cables, the thin wood would def bow and warp down the line. Great build and reference, thanks!

Ladies and gentlemen here we see a Pc in a drawer in a desk made by what has to be a god among men. I mean this is just awsome.

This is the kind of desk I would built if I ever did water cooling. But one of the things I would do different is the fans. I would have them inset with foam in-between the wood and the fan to remove any possibility vibrations. Just something simply like foam strips, they are cheep and can be gotten in black with adhesive so they would be pretty much invisible.

Awesome idea to put it on a moveable rack under the desk. Makes life so much easier when you have to change parts or troubleshoot something hardware-related.

That is a work of pure beauty. I am a woodworker and average-ish gamer. I haven't built a PC in maybe 10 years (woodworking isnt cheap lol). Like others have said, a dark wood might have helped. Maybe a black walnut or if the budget allows, wenge (near black when finished and super hard/dense). Yours is a true work of art.
