Came to hear a piano. Instead heard a man going on about a piano.

I didn't give this a thumbs down, but, I was expecting a non biased review. My customer rented one of these from my local Steinway dealer. I thought the instrument was very good, but, very surprised that it was well below pitch and badly out of regulation. Because of this, the piano teacher is saying bad things about Essex pianos. Moral of the story, do the dealer prep well. Not referring to you.
