I work in a pet store and no joke someone came in today trying to return a garbage bag full of loose dog food. 🤦 said she didn’t have her receipt or know what brand it was and she bought it at another location but she said it was definitely at least $70. demanded to speak to a manager when she was told no and it blew her mind that the manager said no too.

She is honestly the worst character ever. She started out as a well meaning helicopter mom but this kind of behaviour is just greedy and disrespectful.
