How to Stay Motivated for Guitar Practice

Allen, I confess to you the saddest story in guitar learning history, I started playing at the age of 17. i found ogging my practice hours helps me stay on track. I aim for about 12 hours practice per week. In the last couple of years ive put in nearly 1500 hours and its showing in my playing. as the number grow so does my skill and reminds me how much effort ive put in.

Great video, motivation is difficult with such a difficult instrument to learn, it’s over coming stagnation and a busy life. I’ve picked it up again after 20yrs not playing due to work and family, it’s not like riding a bike, I forgot so much, almost like starting over, but I’m still enjoying it.
