couting is really easy
but there different was to say numbers like for example:

ichi=hototsu=tsuitachi
ni=futatsu=futsuka
san=mitsu=mikka

I always get confused with 5th day (itsuka) as 1st day as 1 is called ichi 🤣.

And also 4th day and 8th day is so blending from time to time
