The manhwa is insanely good but it sucks how little of every other character we see, an example being Sung’s literal sister, like she straight up is forgotten about pretty much, not to mention the many other hunters who are pretty much just kinda *there* and aren’t really explored a whole lot, even the top hunters suffer from this ngl

I think the other hunters should have been given more to do so they show why they deserve the spots they have and the level of respect that comes with it. I know Jin Woo is the MC but Solo Levelling was too Jin Woo centric and literally gave no one else the opportunity to truly shine. I love Solo Levelling btw (I've read more than once before and after the anime), this has been my biggest critic of the story

You don't realize how hype the ____ between Jinwoo and Thomas was! We were all reading the manhua while it happened, the day Jinwoo shook the world, while we were on the verge of going insane from the weekly cliffhanger. Thomas was this undefeatable guy that stood as the strongest at that point and watching Jinwoo ____ the guy to ____ was way too hype.

Cha Hae-In probably isn't far out of the top 5. I would actually argue she deserves to be in 6th. She managed to legitimately beat Igris (granted, he wasn't at his full piwer yet). She'd be 5th if it wasn't for Chairman Go Gunhee, who could fight a Monarch while not even in his prime.

And when they killed it the 3 who contributed
Cha, Suho and Thomas all got stronger but cha ended up absorbing more of the power because it stated she was able to absorb the power due to her carrying a monarch/ruler aka Suho

I like the manga, but there was so much unused potencial. (I am bad with names, so I will talk about them as numbersfrom this episode). The only national S rank hunter that had show of power of 2nd (Thomas I think). With 3th and 4th, we didn't see anything properly. We heard how powerful they are, but never saw anything. (Except for 3th killing ants and giants, that fight with giants we never saw) 4th kicked the bucket even faster. And yes, he fought 3 monarchs at the same time, but I think they went in so many numbers just in case. We saw later in series that 2nd could barely keep up with beast monarch. I don't think 4th had that much of chance.
