I finished talking to my Colombian family in Orlando. My aunt who works at a hair salon there told me they are already getting ready to go to Miami tonight to see the game. Orlando, Tampa, Miami which all have a HUGE population of Colombians. Miami which is only a 3-4 hour flight away from THE country of Colombia! Shakira, who is Colombian, is gonna be there!

Dude. We Colombians are the kinda people who pay to see "La Seleccion" first, then we worry about if we still have a house later!

Argentina was riding a 36 game unbeaten streak before losing its first game in Qatar to Saudi Arabia! Streaks are meant to end at some point. I think Colombia is playing well but they are a bit overhyped, they had two easy games 5-0 against Panama and 3-0 against Costa Rica, neither one a strong opponent. They won the other two games by one goal and tied with Brazil

Colombia has definitely been better this cup but come on get real. I was rooting for colombia against brazil and they barely tied against the weakest brazil in ages, I was rooting for colombia against uruguay as I prefer facing them in the final and they deserve it more but uruguay had better chances overall. Neither of those games James performed as good as people are saying. Their toughest matches showed big weaknesses including defensive mistakes that should not be made. If uruguay or brazil would have been more on their game we would be having a different conversation. Make no mistake this will be a tough match but by no means is colombia the clear favorite. Messi is back from his injury, Di Maria shines in finals and in case of ties Dibu has NEVER lost in penalty shootouts, Argentina has less physical wear last game, Colombia will be missing a couple of key players and Argentina has far more experience in matches of this caliber, so still colombia is favorite ?!?! come on, thats bias because its just rooting for the underdog at this point.

To be clear, I am NOT confident argentina will win, I do NOT think argentina is a clear favorite, but to say Colombia is favorites to win is simply an exaggeration .
