If you put two of the holders vertically side by side with space in between, you could probably put a rod connecting both and DIY some wrapping paper holders that are renter friendly. No screws required.

I use the broom and stick for outside, it’s does a great job on the porch and stairs but I find I have to buy a new one every few months cause the stick breaks. But for $3 I don’t mind!
