Expanding upon events set in motion in 2015’s blockbuster film that grossed more than $560 million globally, the new installment arrives for Valentine’s Day and invites you to slip into something a shade darker.

When a wounded Christian Grey tries to entice a cautious Ana Steele back into his life, she demands a new arrangement before she will give him another chance. As the two begin to build trust and find stability, shadowy figures from Christian’s past start to circle the couple, determined to destroy their hopes for a future together.

Also returning from Fifty Shades of Grey are Academy Award® winner Marcia Gay Harden, Jennifer Ehle, Luke Grimes, Rita Ora, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford and Max Martini, who are joined for the first time by Oscar® winner Kim Basinger, Hugh Dancy, Bella Heathcote and Eric Johnson.

Look at this, and tell me if you see anything unusual about the colour grading
I won't give anything away, but maybe you should be focusing on the link between the source material, and the main character's feelings.
There's one specific colour in fact. It's not mentioned, but I want to see if you notice anything subtle in the colour of certain walls, and the general tone. Not quite white, not quite black; something in between. It's not silver, either. The filmmakers (I hypothesise) have made a conscious effort to use this unmentioned colour as a metaphor for the character's progression throughout the story. Just see if you can get it.
This is the sort of thing I wish you could find in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (or "MCU"), being that DC do it so consistently well
