The Home Stretch!!

Our heroes are feeling pretty good about the progress they’ve made… but superstar trainer Steve Zim has something else coming for them. Week 8 is the time to hone in on the final goal (translation: this is going to SUUUUUCK!)

They’d better be prepared to sprint to the finish line, because they want to look good in our SUPERHERO MOVIE!!!

While I can walk/run a 5k no problem you've inspired me to buy a bike and start riding the hilly as hell 4-5 miles(depends on the route) to and from work everyday vs taking the bus or shelling out for a cab. Keep up the great work! I'm rooting for you all the way!

Thanks for this video series and tips! You guys have truly inspired me to go back to the gym. Totally right. Unless you're an actual competitor, the only person you need to compare yourself to is yourself. You just need to keep progressing.You're your own benchmark. Even if you're competing, you have to do that.
