I don’t know about you, but our house tends to get a little crazy the first couple weeks of school 😅Everyone’s trying to adjust to new routines and it can take a while to feel like we find a good groove for everyone.

Here’s your reminder that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. Do what you can with the time you have — ten minutes is ALWAYS better than no minutes!!

Your short workout videos got me back in shape postpartum. The max i can do is 20 minutes just because I'm busy. Those 20 minutes have gotten me strong. I doubted if it was enough to help but with consistency it really added up quick!

It’s encouraging but I’d rather do 30/45/60 minutes some times in the week than do 10-20 minutes each day cause even 5 minutes would make me sweat that I’d have to have a whole ass shower. 😅
