I worked in a Big Box store a few years back. They would pull “ pranks” on customers. Unfortunately most don’t show the violent responses to some of their actions. I’ve seen security footage of customers retaliating against the “pranks” and it wasn’t pretty. Easiest way to stop this is posting signs saying “ no filming” in stores.
