I have to disagree. First, I'm a bit disappointed that you did not show specific features or workflows to run backing tracks in Ableton Live. Then, I tried several years to use Ableton Live as a backing track player and it couldn't do any of what we needed on stage (this was mainly backing tracks for a cover band and theater music). Setting up a whole set list with each song consisting of several song parts was really clunky. There wasn't a way to define repetitions. And for many years, the tempo had to be entered in the text field after the song name (!). Did you checkout Studio One's Show Page? It lets you define playback modes for each section (Loop, Continue, X repetitions, Skip) and you can use an iPad or smartphone to jump between sections, spontaneously loop sections (like open intros or solo parts). Would you really say that Ableton Live allows all this in a similarly convenient way?
Here are the features that I'm referring to:

Love your videos! I only have one question. What do you think are the advantages of a Ableton + Interface setup in comparison to the cymatic utrack24? Or why does it seem that Ableton is still the standard? Best, Kevin
