You can express 'under freedom of expression/speech' (so they say) about the negativity of a country, king, queen, president, politician, actor/actress, entertainer, a company, the government... Nothing will happen to you.

However, the moment you express about the wrongdoers who are committing genocide... you're in big trouble.
