Michel wouldn’t the buoyancy remains constant after totally immersed horizontally. in the equation the x ( immersion from the right) drops out so the buoyancy goes from zero to a maximum at L the width of the box... Let me know if that make sense

Just to clarify. Is it the whole tank that is accelerating or only the water in it?
