looks like you just maxed out the depth of field. I personally hate this in games because it just makes the background blurry. When i look around the real world the landscape isnt blurry. Only turn on DoF for screenshots

too much depth of field in the reshade. i dont like post processing visual mods at all tho and think they all detract from the game, i prefer actual lighting changes and overhauls but im sure thats easier said then done on ac games
