Battlefield 3/BF3 - How to Troll Jets

Got bored one day and tadah. Decided to fly over to behind enemy lines and leave some presents. This was my first attempt ever btw, hence I wasn't as efficient as I could have been with the C4s. In any case, enjoy!

There seems to be a bug that kills you if you plant C4s, get in a jet and get out later. Tried again and it repeated. Not sure if it's the same for other vehicles.

What I was trying to say was that there is a whole lot more to it than the couple of things you mentioned.
For instance, the fact that bullets take time to travel in space and are effected by gravity gives you an entirely unique experience throughout the game. It trains your brain to think harder, to think about more than just the scores. This is one of the things that force you to be creative.

This video is from 2011. In one of the patches they prevented this from happening by making it so you could no longer detonate c4 after death.

An oversight allowed players to detonate their old C4 after respawning. Patch 1.04 (March 2012) removed this ability, and greatly reduced the amount of time that C4 remained after death.

You're biased. I said the two serve two different purposes, which are:
- Killing time (like NFS, CS, mine sweeper)
- Roaming around with a bunch of peeps, enjoying the possibilities +extra features.

I was not saying "this > that" I said there are times when I enjoy the other more.

I did the same thing. Except i stuck C4 to a jeep, drove it up a mountain where some snipers were and tried to ram them but i got sniped. Respawned back at base and wondered if by C4 detonator would still work. Needless to say, a quad C4 kill made me very happy.

it all matters if your enemies saw you planting it.

do you plant it on tanks and then get killed? if so, enemies can just take off your C4 and throw it away.

just place it and then detonate. don't mind if you die, you did a good job protecting your team.
