I wrote my dissertation on The Clash. He's right, it's not like getting into other bands.

The Clash were the greatest rock band for me. Waiting for you two to do that two hour show on the Sandinista album.

I heard the song London Calling when I was 13 (1979-1980) and something just clicked. Things changed and I can't quite explain how.

I was supposed to see The Clash in Long Beach. I became sick right before the concert, and I gave the tickets to my brother. It still stings.

Never saw them live. Bummer. Always interesting to see a band with zero filter of a producer.

Fred is literally in my opinion the ‘luckiest actor comedian’ ever

So true; The Clash are quintessential coolness. If only others would defend the ‘Cut the Crap’ album with me! 😛

Does this guy always post at 3am. I like the show, it's like inside the actors studio without an audience, which I find to be personally offensive.

I like him as a comedian but can't stand him as a person. I like his stuff on Netflix. Last thing I watched of his was something about Grey Gardens which I feel was personally offensive.
Rest in peace grandma.

In the early '80s Thr Clssh were always playing in the cool record stores. I found them boring. Still do. The Clash were the soundtrack to shopping for much better records.
