There is no such name as North Macedonians, it is an invention from 3-4 years ago, and it cannot be taken seriously as a term. If yes we should see in some next video info about, south, west, and eastern Macedonians too, other wise north doesn't make any sense... It is an authentic people with its own culture (mixed with the surrounding ones, of course, like any other modern country). But to use a term like North Macedonians is simply frivolous. Thank you for your work and effort, keep it up your videos are very informative.

So, Iron Age North Macedonian population already contained 35% Balto-Slavic genes. No wonder then that Thracian vocabulary contains so many Balto-Slavic words. In fact, these facts corroborate Mario Alinei's hypothesis that Thracians were Balto-Slavic people. It seems that over millennia there were more migrations to the Balkans from what is now Belarus, Ukraine and Russia, aside from those from the early Middle Ages. It is so logical, isn't it?
By the way, it would be preferable to also cite the sources you used for your claims.

Fun Fact: Many Slavic ethnicities don’t carry Slavic names. The name Russian is Germanic, Macedonian is Hellenic, also Cossack and Bulgarian are both Turkic.

This migration fairytale pertains that: "a tribe, " which was unrecorded before the 6th century, "appeared from behind the Carpathian Mountains" to become the largest ethno-linguistic group in Europe "replacing all the previous recorded populations." Slavic ethnic identity and its terminology were heavily politicized as they were used to support outdated 19th century territorial ambitions. Mmigration was from the south to north and not north to south.
This fairy tale was invented by the West, especially the Germans. The Slavs were in the Balkans at the same time (but they was known under different names as Veneti), if not before Helen (with whom the new so-called Greeks have nothing to do)

The Pella curse tablet is a text written in a distinct Doric Greek idiom, found in Pella, the ancient capital of Macedon, in 1986
Ιt contains a curse or magic spell (Ancient Greek: κατάδεσμος, katadesmos) inscribed on a lead scroll, dated to the first half of the 4th century BC (c. 380–350 BC).
It is held in the Archaeological Museum of Pella. It was published in the Hellenic Dialectology Journal in 1993.[2] The Pella curse tablet exhibits some of the typical Northwest Greek features, [3] as well as a cluster of unique Doric features that do not appear in other subdialects of this family (e.g. Epirote, Locrian). It represents the same or a very similar vernacular dialect that is also attested in the other Doric inscriptions from Macedonia.[4] This indicates that a Doric Greek dialect was not imported, but proper to Macedon.[5] As a result, the Pella curse tablet has been forwarded as an argument that the Ancient Macedonian language was a dialect of Northwest Greek, and one of the Doric dialects.
